9-The mountain climber

The mountain climber is just as effective as the plank jack in working on your core and cardio. The concept is simple: first place yourself facing the ground, leaning on your hands and toes. Then, alternately bring one knee towards your chest, while keeping the other leg straight, trying to go faster and faster. Do 30-second sets as much as possible.
