10-Burpees

Let’s finish with burpees, which are without a doubt the most effective (and most feared!) exercise for working on cardio at home. To do them successfully, stand with your feet slightly apart. Squat down, then throw your legs back to a plank position. Return to the starting position through the same steps, do a jump and repeat the sequence. Good luck!

 

Do 30-second sets as much as possible.
