3- Jumping jacks



The jumping jacks are very used in fitness because of their formidable efficiency. The concept: stand with your feet together, then jump by raising your arms above your head and spreading your legs to the side simultaneously.
Performed at a steady pace, this cardio exercise is sure to make you sweat like crazy. Do 30-second sets as much as possible.
4-Knee lifts



This exercise simply consists of running on the spot, taking care to raise your knees as high as possible. On the program, an intense work of the cardio but also of the legs and abdominal muscles.
Do not hesitate to accelerate the pace as the series progress. Do series of 30 seconds, as much as possible.
