5-Power squats

Squats are considered by fitness junkies as the benchmark exercise for building leg muscles quickly and effectively. But for them to work the cardio, it is absolutely necessary to link them at a sustained rhythm, while adding jumps at the time of each rise.

6-Jumped lunges
