9-The mountain climber

The mountain climber is just as effective as the plank jack in working on your core and cardio. The concept is simple: first place yourself facing the ground, leaning on your hands and toes. Then, alternately bring one knee towards your chest, while keeping the other leg straight, trying to go faster and faster.

 

Do 30-second sets as much as possible.

10-Burpees

Let’s finish with burpees, which are without a doubt the most effective (and most feared!) exercise for working on cardio at home. To do them successfully, stand with your feet slightly apart. Squat down, then throw your legs back to a plank position. Return to the starting position through the same steps, do a jump and repeat the sequence. Good luck!
