3- I have oily hair

Excess sebum on the scalp can have various causes: hormonal factors, excessive friction when washing (and water that is too hot), or unsuitable shampoo. To wash oily hair, it’s best to opt for a gentle formula, rather in the form of a gel shampoo. Avoid cleansers containing silicones or film-forming substances. These molecules smooth and discipline the hair, but they also tend to suffocate the scalp, causing it to re-grease quickly. Choose the simplest formula possible to gently remove excess oil.
Scrub. This helps get rid of excess oil, impurities, and dead skin cells. However, you should choose a gentle scrub and do it once a week maximum. It is not recommended on a sensitive scalp, which it can irritate.
